A day on site!First training 6:15 a.m. after sunrise. 30-40 minute endurance run.
Then breakfast. 10:30 a.m. main training session 2x/week speed training. Then showering and washing of training gear. Lunch and rest. At 5:00 p.m. possibly a slow evening run.
after the morning run or in the afternoon it is time for reading or studying an online training course or receive input by our staff about one out of 12 different holistic topics.
In between, training sessions and discussions. When it rains heavily you have to adapt the training or skip it, if necessary. In the evening after dinner, community devotion, prayer, and singing.
There are forest trails, mud trails, roads, and meadows for training. Our athletes have built hurdles and obstacles on our property for steeplechase training. They also use homemade weights.
Weight room, our own track, additional training equipment, possibly a physical therapist…
